Q2 marks the transition into active service delivery. With foundational setup complete, we launch expert consulting and integration services, secure paid contracts for flight test/evaluation, and begin generating consistent revenue—building client relationships and real-world validation data to fuel our growth.

Goals

  • Secure and deliver first revenue-generating test/evaluation contracts

  • Expand consulting and integration support to defence and adjacent clients

  • Build strategic partnerships (e.g., agtech, environmental sectors)

  • Establish repeatable processes for service delivery and client management

  • Onboard initial clients and execute paid flight test engagements

  • Provide specialised consulting on payload/system integration

  • Conduct outreach and secure contracts in adjacent commercial markets
