Q1 marks the foundational establishment phase of Blacktail Aerotech Pty Ltd. We complete setup, secure regulatory approvals, modify our testbed aircraft platform, and initiate first flight test & evaluation contracts—laying the groundwork for revenue generation and real-world system validation.

Finalise aircraft modifications for payload/sensor integration
